RAC will reimburse Authorized Distributors for any and all valid Warranty Claims submitted according to established policy as explained in this manual. It is the responsibility of the Distributor to reimburse Dealers and Service Warranty Centers (SWC).

All Warranty Claims should be submitted to the RAC Warranty Administrator within 30 days of the repair. All necessary information must be filled out completely. Any Warranty Claims which require more information will be returned as rejected with an explanation for the rejection and steps necessary to file claim. Procedures for properly completing the Warranty Claim form and necessary work orders are described within this manual.

Warranty Claims filed in accordance with established procedures will receive credit within 30 days upon receipt of claim.
