1. LIMITED WARRANTY.
RIFLED AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS (RAC) hereby warrants its unique high efficiency, high performance Rifled Coil Vehicle Air Conditioning System ("Product") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") when installed in a Motor Coach vehicle application in either the U.S. or Canada. WARRANTY OFFERED HEREIN APPLIES ONLY TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP, with the decision to repair or replace parts covered herein to be at the sole discretion of RAC.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD.
Beginning the day the RAC product purchased is instal led on and in a Commercial Coach, Recreational Vehicle or School Bus, including the Refrigerant Compressor, is warranted for a minimum period of 24 months (2 Years). All Rifled Coils used in both the Evaporator(s) and Condenser(s) are warranted for 60 months (5 Years). This warranty offering is without limitation to either vehicle distance traveled or operating hours accrued.

3. WARRANTY COVERAGE.
This warranty specifically covers all major components of the Product either manufactured by, or under the direction of, RAC, such as, but not limited to, the Freon Refrigerant Compressor(s), Evaporator(s) and Condenser(s). The cost of replacing refrigerant is covered ONLY if the Freon loss was due to a defective part covered under warranty. Any item repaired or replaced under warranty will remain under warranty until the end of the original warranty period as described in item 2. above, or for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

4. ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
Excluded from warranty are RAC Products improperly instal led, modified in any way without prior written approval from RAC, disassembled or tampered with by anyone other than RAC, and products damaged by negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, chemical corrosion, fire, water, explosion or van dalism. Products damaged by the original purchaser or any other third party, including a vehicle dealer or service facility while performing work, are not warranted by RAC. Service items requiring either replacement or adjustment such as, but not limited to, filters, belts, lubricants, etc. are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not apply to any RAC Air Conditioning system not properly serviced ac cording to manufacturer recommendation and/or specification. Any cost incurred by the Purchaser including damage to or loss of vehicle, or any part thereof, for transporting the vehicle

to a RAC dealer or service center, loss of time or operating revenue or cost of using an alternate replacement vehicle is not covered. Product failures as the result of an Act of God, such as, but not limited to, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, tornado, hurricane or flood are not covered. RAC has a formal company policy to continually improve the design and reliability of all its pro ducts. Should the design of the product purchased be changed at some future date, RAC has no obligation to the Purchaser to "upgrade" the product purchased to a new specification standard.

5. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE.
To obtain warranty service for the RAC product covered herein, the product purchased must be returned to any authorized RAC dealer or service center. All warranty claims shall be within the stated warranty period. Person applying for warranty service shall provide proper documentation that he (or she) is both the original owner and date warranty commenced.

6. COMPLETE WARRANTY.
THE WARRANTY OFFERED AND DESCRIBED HEREIN IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITA TION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS OR ABILITY TO SUCCESSFULLY PERFORM A SPECIFIC PURPOSE OR JOB APPLICATION ; AND RAC HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND BUYER (whether OEM, Dealer or End User Purchaser) HEREBY WAIVES ANY OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, RIGHT, CLAIM, OR DEMAND IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, PATENT INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE RAC PRODUCT FURNISHED.

7. AUTHORITY TO CHANGE OR MODIFY.
The warranty described and defined herein can only be changed or modified by RAC personnel. This includes all terms, condi- tions, limitations, rights or obligations. Should RAC offer a different warranty in the future, it shall apply ONLY to products sold when it is effect, and the terms, conditions and limitations of this warranty will not be transferable or subject to upgrading.
